In our experience at least 50% of the wear resistant parts that we manufacture from our hardfaced products have some kind of bending or forming requirement. Naturally we have many decades of experience performing such processing operations on our materials enabling us to achieve tight diameters and intricately formed pieces way outside of our recommended parameters. Forming capability:

• Press brake 250 tonne capacity, producing corners, cones and bends
• Forming rolls bending up to 200 tonne capacity
• Cone rolling – up to 30mm thick
• Archimedes screw forming
