On Site Installation

Whilst many industrial process plants employ their own sub-contract installation companies during maintenance shutdowns, others recognise that if any on-site adjustments are to be made to the wear resistant elements, it is better to have the experts to hand who know how to adjust their materials to suit. These adjustments can occur as a result of modifications that have not been catered for in the wear part design process for example, but in any case on-site adjustments can result in split or even fractured parts if the correct processing techniques are not used.

On a case by case basis, Red Dog Linings can send specialists on to site to work in collaboration with the installation team already present in order to ensure that the parts all fit together perfectly.
