With our fully equipped in house fabrication shop facility, we can produce anything from flat liners, to complex fabricated items; all according to our customers’ individual specifications and welding codes. We work closely with some of the leading equipment manufacturers to determine the best alloy products for the job.

Automatic and semi-automatic chrome carbide hardfaced welding machines

• 5 off high deposition bulk welding machines with 20 off high deposition multi process open arc and submerged arc hardfacing heads
• 3 off column and booms with automatic chrome carbide hardfacing systems for the overlay and refurbishment of equipment
• 3 off multi head orbital submerged arc welding machines used for roll refurbishment welding with welding capacity up to 40 tonnes
• 2 off pipe overlay machines – automatic chrome carbide hardfacing internal diameter producing either circumferential or longitudinal hardface beads; with water cooled facility to reduce pipe distortion
